Herose’s Great Golfing Heroes

Who needs the US Open, we saw all the best action on our Herose golfing green at LNG17. Congratulations to all you hot shots who put your putting skills to the test. Here’s are some of your best bits…

Day 1: a delegate from an undisclosed oil company takes a putt to rival any shot with a driver from Tiger Woods. The ball flies across the hall for at 250 yards and clears the whole luncheon area. Ladies and gentlemen, I remind you, this is a PUTTING competition.

Day 2: Chris Butler from Air Products is awarded a driver from our prize draw. Is it just a mere coincidence that Dr Annemarie Weist, also of Air Products, has been invited to select the winner…at random?

Day 3: Larry Balascak aka Mr Persistent wins a putter – I think his footprints are still on the green. Ghassan Khalil, a new comer to the game, notches up our big win and vows to take up the sport with his son.
