Rigorous testing to obtain the highest standards of quality
Herose UK have been supplying valves, equipment & modular solutions to many industrial, industrial gas, medical gases and many others over years.
This work is supported by over 150 years of experience and knowledge in the cryogenics and trading sectors, from supply only, to front to end engineering design, project management, through to on-site installation and commissioning. The type of supply is always backed by the appropriate material and notified body approval.
Quality & Safety
Herose UK support regular inspections & audits from external consultants and our customers to ensure compliance with the various industries and the industrial gases industry internal standards and requirements.
All valves and components from Herose including the modular solutions are supplied – and where appropriate fabricated – to approved standards, P&IDs and assembly drawings. Technical files for all Module designs are available, with Notified Body inspection and Module B/D approvals to PED/CE marking where necessary.
Herose UK hold ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications from recognised Notified Bodies.
Reliability
If any quality complaints are received from customers, Herose UK follow a Corrective & Preventative Action Form (CPAF) procedure and start an immediate investigation.
Once this has been completed, feedback is provided to the customer for resolution and close out of the complaint.
A register of CPAFs is available and is maintained by the Herose UK Operations Manager.
Environment
Herose UK has concern for the environment, so our ISO 14001 certification is very important to us.
We continually work with our customers to offer solutions for reducing waste and using easily recyclable packing materials wherever possible.
Herose UK can also provide a Module refurbishment service for customers who are already purchasing and installing Module equipment, to help reduce new material requirement and environmental impact.
SIL Ratings
(Safety and Integrity Levels)
With the supply of Emergency Shut-Off and Low Temperature Closing Modules we are able to supply SIL Ratings having supplied these systems since 2009.
