Herose supply major UK gas plant

Herose have been the cryogenic gas valve supplier of choice for a prestigious BOC (UK)/ Linde Group project.

Based in Easington, Country Durham, the plant takes 20% of the UK’s gas from Norway’s Ormen Lange Gas Fields. It is blended at the Sleipner Gas Platform in the North Sea before coming into the UK. This facility can inject an impressive 4,500 tonnes of nitrogen into the grid over 12 days if required. BOC worked with Herose to supply valves for most of the applications on the facility. Our stainless steel valves provided a durable solution for the coastal location.
