Rated up to 3000 PSI, with advanced seat and seal options, they deliver secure performance across oil, gas, chemical, and power applications.

HEROSE UK’s range of Ball Valves have been specifically designed to meet demanding operational requirements, including that of high purity applications. The product ranges meet ASME, DIN, and JIS standards, for the valve package that includes 1pc, 2pc, 3pc body, multiple-port & V-ported valve designs with standard pressure ratings 1000PSI, 2000PSI, and 3000PSI, to high pressure 6,000 and 10,000PSI. Products for NACE MR-01-75, Atex 2014/34/EU, TRD100, low emission ISO15848-1, and fire-safe API 607 are available as standard.

Materials: Fully controlled and available with EN10204 3.1 certificates.

Direct Mounting Pad: Improves control accuracy, and facilitates maintenance by providing a direct and robust attachment point for mounting actuators onto the valve body.

Application: Our valves are suitable for Automotive, Gas & Oil, Chemical, Water & Wastewater, Mining, Minerals & Metals, Marine, Pulp & Paper, Food & beverage, and Pharmaceutical industries.

Every component of the V304 high pressure and high temperature ball valve is carefully engineered to withstand extreme operating conditions. From the blow-out proof stem and anti-static device to advanced seat materials and fire-safe options, each feature is designed to maximise safety, durability, and long-term performance in critical process environments.

Body

  • Investment Casting

  • Standard materials: CF8M, WCB

  • Special materials: Hastelloy, Duplex Steel, Super duplex steel

  • Encapsulated body bolt design(DN08~DN50).

Ball

  • Floating ball design

  • The ball’s surface is mirror polished, Ra<0.2μm, which reduces friction with the ball seats and related torque.

  • Ball with a pressure relief hole to balance the pressure inside the valve body.

Seat/Seal

  • PTFE, 15% glass, 25% carbon, TFM 1600

  • PEEK, POM, Matal seated available

  • 3”~4” double seal

  • Bi-directional sealing

  • Seat material options and the ball Ra<0.2μm finish increases operating life.

  • Live loaded stem packing, increase the service life

Stem Packing

  • The Belleville washers automatically compensate with a force on the stem packing, should the packing be worn during long-life operation.

Connections

  • Threaded / Screwed: NPT, ISO228, BSPT

  • Socket Welding(SW): EN 12760

  • Butt Welding(BW): Sch.40

Stem

  • Blow-out proof stem

  • Anti-static device

  • Stem nut tightened on stem

Handle Nut/Bolt

  • When the pipeline is under pressure, the handle still can be disassembled safely.

Thrust Washer

  • Prevent friction between the stem and the valve body

Marking

  • The standard is marked with material, size, pressure, heat number on the body.

  • Customer logo upon request.

The V304 series is rated up to 3000 PSI (PN200) and is designed for elevated temperature service, with performance depending on the seat and seal materials specified.

These valves are available with threaded (screwed), socket weld (SW), and butt weld (BW) ends, providing flexibility for different piping systems.
