| Recalibration / Refurbishment of Safety valves:
In an ever changing economy we understand that cost savings are fast becoming an integral part of any successful business. With this in mind we were aware that throw away components will start to become a commodity to any large user. We are now in a position to offer complete refurbishing, cleaning to the appropriate standards, assembly and pressure testing from our UK works for our complete range of safety valves from 1/4” to 2” up to test pressures of 50 barg. Our test bench designed and manufactured by highly trained engineers from Herose GmbH allows us to set valves to the tightest of tolerances, whilst constantly checking for leak paths or any other possible fault.

We also carry an extensive range of spare parts e.g. inlets, bodies, discs and springs which allows us to fully re-furbish our complete range of safety valves or make changes to set pressures. We are fully aware that there are many companies offering this service, however by passing the responsibility to an approved test house any valves returned will be CE (PED) compliant and are still covered by a genuine manufacturer’s warranty. All our special services are covered and backed by ISO 9001 quality approval.
