Certified quality management
Herose GmbH’s quality management system was introduced in 1991 and is certified by TÜV according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. This endorses our quality policy "From design through delivery to the customer and beyond". At goods receipt all incoming components and materials are inspected in accordance with our documented quality plan. Prior to assembly all pressure contained parts are tested for strength and tightness, and during the final check every single valve, 100%, is checked thoroughly for function and tightness before delivery.
Use of high quality raw materials
We randomly check all parts for correct manufacture during the incoming goods check to ensure that every batch meets the specifications. Pressure-bearing parts are checked for strength and tightness before assembly.
Production with state-of-the-art machines
Qualified specialist personnel produce our goods using state-of-the-art CNC machines, degrease them with systems designed in-house and create the appropriate markings with laser-controlled engraving machines.
Research and development in our own testing lab
A comprehensive water testing area and an air testing area fitted with a high pressure spherical accumulator which allows us to carry out most of the tests on our fittings under extreme conditions in house.
This assures that valves from all our suppliers are always optimally suited for safe use with the media under the specified design conditions. Correct selection and use are always critical.

We work in all regions of the globe from Russia to the Middle East and in line with this global supply we have applied for - and have received a number of globally recognised standards. These range from CE approval in line with the PED for the EU to ASME approval for the USA. We can also supply valves which are Fire Safe approved for LNG service which is fast becoming a valued commodity in the global economy and all our cryogenic range is tested and approved in accordance with EN1626.
