Herose GmbH’s quality management system was introduced in 1991 and is certified by TÜV according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. This endorses our quality policy "From design through delivery to the customer and beyond".
At good receipt all incoming components and materials are inspected in accordance with our documented quality plan. Prior to assembly all pressure contained parts are tested for strength and tightness, and during the final check every single valve, 100%, is checked thoroughly for function and tightness before delivery.
This assures that valves from all our suppliers are always optimally suited for safe use with the media under the design conditions. Correct selection and use are critical. |
