Valves Pressure Testing, System Assembly
With our extensive range of valves and
pressure equipment we can provide a
complete valve package for any Industrial
Gas, LNG or Cryogenic installation.This
allows us to offer complete system assemblies,
where we can utilize a central block and valves
with cone recess connections for bull nose
and union nut assembly. This type of assembly
can be suited to any installation where various
control valves are required in line.

Should you be using a final line regulator which requires safety valve protection downstream, or a pressure sensitive valve which will shut when sensing overpressure which can be isolated and drained we will be able to adapt to suit your needs and ship a fully assembled system on uni-strut for a simple, fast and more importantly safe – on site installation. All systems are fully O2 cleaned and assembled in a clean area, with O2 clean PTFE tape, and before packing all open ends are capped to ensure no contaminants can enter the systems. All these assemblies can be fully pressure tested for leak tightness in house prior to dispatch.
